Here’s the Sparknotes on Jacob and Shawna: they meet in 2008, remain best friends despite many, many years of long-distance, plan a bestie vacay to Europe together, CONFESS ALL THE FEELS, land back in the states and then Jacob buys a ring 2 days later.

We met them at their wedding venue, Paradise Falls, where we made these two best friends make out and snug it out.
